What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

53years male complain of nasal obstruction , discharge,headache,for 20 years,CT show polypoid mucosal thickening of shenoidal and maxillary and mild thickening of Rt ethmoidal....Other sinuses and recess ,bony boundaries normal, slight deviation of nasal septum to right.
